Mucci Spores was established for mushroom-spore microscopy and mycology enthusiasts. From the beginning, MUCCI has been about more than selling products. We are built around honest education, genuine human support and a community in which people are treated as people—not numbers.

Our Legal & Ethical Position
All spore products supplied by Mucci Spores are intended strictly for lawful microscopy and taxonomy purposes only. They are not supplied or promoted for cultivation, human consumption or the production of controlled fungi.
Section 21 of the Drugs Act 2005 amended the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 so that a fungus of any kind containing psilocin, or an ester of psilocin, is controlled as a Class A drug.
MUCCI does not encourage, assist or endorse unlawful activity. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws that apply where they live before ordering or using any product. If you are uncertain about a product’s intended purpose, please speak to Team MUCCI before ordering.

Operating outside many mainstream commercial channels does not mean operating outside UK law or lowering our standards. It means we must work harder to be transparent, accessible and worthy of trust.

Quality Assurance, Packaging & Returns
Every current MUCCI product is prepared and packaged with careful attention to quality, cleanliness and protection during delivery.
Our spore syringes are securely sealed and vacuum-packed to help protect their condition until they reach you. Orders are placed in suitable protective packaging for transit.
- If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a quality concern, please contact us promptly with the order number and, where possible, clear photographs.
- We will review the circumstances fairly and work to put things right in accordance with our published terms and applicable UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Opening sterile packaging, handling and storage conditions can affect a product. We may need to consider these factors when investigating a reported issue.
